We recently bought a suitcase (REVO) from Macy's. On our first trip, the suitcase cracked at the bottom where the wheels connect. This product supposedly has a 10-year warrantee. Dealing with their Customer Support was a totally negative experience. They refuse to honor their warrantee. we recommend that you do not buy this product!
