I calledVaughn Towing (an affiliate of Diamond Collision) to tow my Honda Pilot from Marion Ma to Lynn Ma. The driver persuaded me to save money and only tow it to Bourne Ma. He said they had a great diagnostic mechanic. Immediately upon arrival John Seekell ( Ase L I Master Certified) came out to greet me. He does not usually do the job he said, he diagnoses the problem and gives it to one of his mechanics. He could have sold me a starter and/or an alternator. He said "I think I can solve this quickly. In 1 hour he had repaired my battery cables and replaced the clamps. That was it! He could have "ripped me off" and he didn't. Any questions call me Dave N. 617-799-7545 Cell.

I would like to say that these guys are GREAT....I broke down one afternoon, my gas needle is broken an I had ran out of gas. these gentlemen took time out of their busy Friday afternoon to come and bring me gas and start me right up, I was very pleased at how friendly an helpful they were and they did this all with no charge just trying to help me out. I went to TOWERS right next door before I went to these guys and they turned me away even when I stated I had my children and family dog in the vehicle as well. I WILL NOW CONTINUE TO BRING MY VEHICLE TO THEM AND REFER THEM TO MY FRIENDS!!! Our car broke down on the highway about 5-6 miles before going over Bourne Bridge. We were trying to make a crucial ferry reservation to Martha's Vineyard. There was also a massive traffic jam because of bridge construction. AAA towed us to Diamond Collision Specialist in Pocasset MA because we desperately needed fast and reliable service since the car was to be used to transport arriving grandchildren to the beach in MV. It turned out the heating fan had shattered and it needed a new fan. All I can say is that I have never gotten better, faster, friendlier service than at this location. The chief mechanic, John, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained and showed it to us, somehow ordered and got a replacement part in an incredibly short time and made the repair (staying well after his normal closing time) so we made the ferry and got to the Vineyard. The car is now running perfectly and we owe a debt of gratitude for the great service and attention. The price,by the way, was very fair for the service.
