I wish I found John @ Jade Forest years ago. For more than 20 years, I have been suffering with severe back pain. I tried it all... traction, physical & massage therapies, accupuncture and braces. My last resort was eventually going to be surgery. Then John walked in my door and mentioned Kung Fu, Thai Chi and something called Somatics. I figured what the heck, I tried everything else - why not Somatics. One group class,.two one on one sessions and a daily routine taking no longer than 15-20 minutes and, although not pain free...managable - my pain level has decreased by nearly 50%.
