As president and founder of Menard Construction, Thomas D. Menard has been involved in building since his youngest days. After graduating from Mountain Lakes High School, he went on to receive a civil engineering degree from the University of Delaware. Building has always been a great passion for Tom, from building forts as a kid, to renovating homes in college in exchange for rent, to renovating his historic home in Baltimore, Maryland.
