Staff is very GHETTO! Point blank period. Mishandling the residents, they don't know how to communicate without being aggressive. I have Melissa on a recorded phone call yelling, over talking my mother and then had the audacity to hang up on her! No one seems to know their name in the building but are supposed to state their names when answering calls. How can anyone be reformed in a place like this? My son would rather live in the street!! The level of unprofessionalism was diabolical and so is the level of these grievances I just wrote! All that judgmental behavior is atrocious these residents are human beings, the staff is no better than them. Retraining is definitely what needs to take place or hire some staff who actually care about the position. These staff get paid to set the residents up for Failure, not reform them. Melissa you should be ashamed of yourself but no worries hun you were on a recorded line! The state is going to have a field day with this 1, sadly it's the people who we trust to help our children who hinder them while they are already down on their luck for a buck! Never think it can't be you or your loved one being mistreated, God works mysteriously. Be blessed

I am reporting this establishment to the state or whomever I have to, this is the most racist, inhumane, unprofessional, rude I'm surprised that this place is still open, the living conditions my husband has to deal with is far way worse than living on the street, we definitely need to get someone to look into this matter with this halfway house because there is no way human beings that they are supposed to be helping better themselves are supposed to be treated the way them women treat them men in that halfway house, we need to get them shut down immediately!!!!!!!!

The staff is grossly untrained. The violate residents civil rights. They are uneducated, unhelpful and seem to have forgotten that they are there to help people. Staff is extremely rude uncaring selfish lazy and just plain useless..i had to contact parole just to get answers for residents. If you hate your job quit. I imagine their screening process for hiring is as follows...a. Do you hate people are u racist and ignorant..ok your hired. They have zero rights to be taking residents phones. They dont own them or pay for them. They do not provide basic living necessities. Never enough food. Im appalled they are still open.
