My son while in law school became interested in geneology. He worked on it for years, contacted distant relatives etc. to obtain pictures, news articles, birth and death certificates and all it takes to learn your roots.This began with our original close family history, (Fogt, my maiden name, which has many relatives, local records and pictures which were more easily obtained. ) We learned of their early arrival in 1746 from Germany. My mother's history was more difficult as her father passed away in Missouri when she was only 2 years of age, and her father's side was relatively unknown to us. However, after much research we found lost relatives and learned they arrived first from England, (1600,) and were very prominent. This lead to extreme research, time, and effort. In the process, it also lead to our obtaining tons of pictures recording every moment of life. Some of them were in very good shape, others not so much. I did some research, found TNT Studios in Piqua. I can't explain how they exceeded my expectations. They are honest, very professional, helpful, and reasonable. I will never go anywhere else. If you have only a couple of pictures you would like to share with family, or have restored, don't hesitate to go in and speak with them. I am 55 years old and have dealt with many photographers over the years.I can't express my satisfaction .Don't wait. I lost my mother 2 years ago and these pictures become incredible memories.
