BEWARE of this facility. I nearly died while residing here. A fellow resident did was NOT properly bathed as our state requires. He scratched me. This led to a severe infection that caused my entire right arm to explode. I was rushed to UIHC where my entire arm had to be skin-grafted. I was forced into coma to heal. This facility's food service caused me to develop severe Type 2 Diabetes at the age of 34. Very few residents are over the age of 50. State codes are not followed and the staff is NOT properly monitored. One staff member member supplied marijuana to several residents. My counselor hid many resident's acceptance to Social Security and destroyed medical records. Do NOT allow your loved ones to reside here. BEWARE!!!
