Experience was a disaster! I placed a custom order for 1 pallet of 2' x 3' Grandscape Slabs for a client's project. I was told 8 weeks to provide the product. In good faith I paid the vendor IN FULL for the product and my client and I waited. The pallet arrives - I go by the lot and see it and a brief review shows it in relatively good form (a few edges of some of the slabs were chipped). I return with my trailer the following day and note the pallet had been moved on the lot. As the guy is loading my trailer I see several pieces falling off the sides of the slabs so I REALLY inspect the edges available and find that MORE THAN HALF the slabs are damaged - full breaks in the slabs to the point we can't install them. I refuse to accept them. The manager says "you ordered extra, didn't you?" My response "Not 60% extra!" She calls the plant while I'm there but they don't respond with a new date for replacements - all she can tell me is it "shouldn't" take 8 weeks. They never were able to tell me when they were going to be finished, until I tried to cancel the order. They wouldn't let me cancel the order and they won't give me a refund. The replacement slabs were supposedly produced on the lot 1 month later - 3 days AFTER my client cancelled our contract. What a waste of time and money - nothing "GRAND" about these slabs imo.
