Ok..my company gave me 60 days notice they are closing the doors, just b4 thanksgiving..it was just after xmas before i knew if i had a job and where..Illinois here i come..no money for moving because i did not go to Philadelphia, pa..so i had never been late with my payments in the more than 3 years ive been there.. but with the move i explained i might be late ...first late payment, yes it was a couple of weeks but i had talked to them..i get a notice my stuff is on lien..call them explain again what happen..sorry dont worry its just paper work..dont i have enough stress am in il..never been here..short notice to get here.. no compassion..i tell them i am sending my husband to get rid of it..be out end of may..he has only a couple of days to do it...they were not in the office when he left..he forgot and left the lock on...i tll them there is nothing in it...we are in il and cant fix it now...get several more calls emails..omg how unfeeling can you be..dont use this place...several other things happen that shows how unfeeling they are not helpful at all So I called them about my situation and was told that someone would call me back within 48 hours... no one ever did... Now I have a collection agency saying i owe them 500.00. Is this how they make their money ? i told them repeatedly that the storage was empty and when my husband left, which was an unplanned trip and was very short.. he forgot the lock on the unit...
