Moved in to an unfit trailer; no stove until 3 weeks after move in, cockroaches in fridge, front door didnt fit door space; heater…
Moved in to an unfit trailer; no stove until 3 weeks after move in, cockroaches in fridge, front door didnt fit door space; heater louder than a disel truck; mold around tub; crackheads cleaning job-- personally had to clean myself before i moved my stuff in after they "cleaned"; but what do you do when you have no other options? So almost a year later and a 60 day notice given before we move all was fine until deposit refund time, MIND YOU we are moving out of an old old mini trailer that is aluminum and used to be on wheels, now they wanna deep clean? not sure if it was the crackhead or the racist landlord with his confederate flag that decided to clean my house while it was still mine, take out my stuff the day im moving out and put that on my bill. I no sooner got my stuff out moved it to our new house; that was clean upon move in; went back to clean the trailer and find the "people" have done my job for me without asking...WOW!! and the landlords response was "Well there was no communication"..are you for real......i guess i was supposed to call the last 4 days i was there and remind him daily to not forget that we talked and agreed that we would be out by the 5th. guess that conversation didnt happen, or i was supposed to babysit a grown man. Or he figured he could move in someone the same day i move out, not practical at all! But a good way to get money huh! illegally! God doesnt like ugly, and thats ugly. C.C. Johnny Cox.
