Never again. Brought a pig here last year and later had to throw a lot of it out. Multiple bags had 2-6 inches not sealed and some didn't even show sign of ever being sealed. I don't know if they're using a commercial sealer that will make multiple bags at once and someone just didn't care when cutting them apart or worse they just didn't care enough to make sure the bag was set in the sealer. Either way, this wasn't just some accident that happens, but someone showing a complete disregard for their work. It would have been impossible not to know they had cut these bags open or not sealed them when the meat was fresh. If they can't take the time to bag the meat with any quality, I doubt any of their practices are worth the money. I'm seriously questing every bag I open now.
