My husband worked for Bill Flynn for a total of 54 hrs and quit cuz he could not take the constant screaming and throwing if objects like hard hats. He can't keep operators and then when pay day came he refused to pay my husband the 54 hrs owed to him ,only paying him 40 . He said he wasn't paying him cuz my husband walked off the job at lunch time after be treated like a dog. I'd just like to say this never happened to my husband before. The worse part was when my husband went to collect his money,he apologized to Mr. Flynn and put out his hand saying he didn't want to part with bad feelings. Mr. Flynn refused to shake his hand and started screaming at him ,then proceeded to give me my husband's money to another man waiting at the truck for his money ,cuz he knew he was ripping him off and couldn't even face him. We are takung further action to get the money and idc if it costs me more to sue him. It's the principle of the matter. My husband got screamed at cuz he was doing extra work cuz what he was told to do wasn't ready for him to do so instead if sitting idol,he began driving the excavator around the job to pick up loose pieces laying on the ground. Flynn flew over in the truck and saw him and started screaming at him to do what he was told. My husband replied the magnet is grabbing all things I was just sitting there. Flynn told him I told u to shadow that excavator so then just fucking sit there. Then he told him ur done after today cuz u can't follow orders. Wtf
