I've been trying for months to get your company to address the many email problems. Today I opened my email to find over 4000 messages (4 were for me). Your techs brush me off and tell me to wait for upgrades that never happen. I specifically asked them to configure my email to insure messages go to Held folder, but none appear, yet my inbox dumps thousands of emails daily. This is the worst email system I've ever dealt with and I'm moving my account to a vendor that takes care of it's customers. I've given you many chances and you fail each time.
