Silver Streak is a company that was recommended to us as being a great company for working on trucks. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and disrespect we received from Johnny a mechanic in the body shop was unbelievable. When customers enter a place of business they should be treated with respect and not feel as though they cannot speak because of fear something might go wrong because an employee is unprofessional. The owner of this business needs to consider who he hires because his employees or should I say Johnny (employee) is a disgrace. Would not recommend use of Silver Streak until someone with great customer service skills and professionalism is employed by this business.
