Horrible service. I called for almost a year (april-February) about getting a quote to have my property reflagged. Not only did they never once reach out to me. After continuously calling and told there so busy but will get to me. I called today to be told since you didn't purchase the survey we can't reflag. That's fine I wouldn't have had a problem paying for the service. I specifically asked for a quote for my property. However why did it take a year of my time to be told this. And on top of that was told that they will not come to my property to survey or flag. I highly recommend you do not use this company. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. I cannot say enough negative things about this company
