Talked to Geoff last week and booked an appointment for them to service a sliding glass door. I let him know I'd be driving an hour to meet them at the condo. Today, at 25 minutes past our appointment time, I called them and they had Geoff call me back. He let me know that they don't send their workers out when it's raining and assumed I wouldn't want my sliding glass door worked on in the rain. I let him know that the door is under a 15 foot overhang and perfectly dry. He then, very rudely, asked me "How am I supposed to know that?" I let him know that if he had bothered calling me I would have let him know. He then proceeded to raise his voice, get quite agitated with me, and finally hang up on me. Imagine my surprise when I called back to the office to complain about Geoff and found out he's the owner!
