The front desk was rude and the security guard is a thief I went to the store and came back and my phone is missing so Is other belongings, we were kicked out no warning or nothing because people was in the parking lot that has nothing to do with us or our room now nobody know where is the phone and I can’t get a refund for something that has nothing to do with me . Y’all need to do better
