We had good experience with them prior to 2016. We had very negative experience last few years. 2018 is by far the worst year and it surprised us with total lack of customer service. Company does not respond to customer requests for help. You can leave messages or call, and will just speak into empty phone. Makes customer feel not respected and makes one wonder about their motivation to stay in business. The annual contract appears to be one way stop - it does not ensure long-term relationship, rather opposite. We will likely begin working with another company, out of major concerns for company still being there a year from now and sadly full lack of responsiveness to even loyal long-time customers. I did call few of their local competitors, just to be fair to them, in case if lack of responsiveness is norm for this industry. Everyone surprisingly responded instantly - many just picked up the phone. It is kind of unusual for NJ service industry, but still happens..
