I have had numerous issues with my builder. The one most pertinent is the shaking of our kitchen island. After months of back and forth Quality Builders Warranty will not come out and inspect. They keep sending the builder who says it’s normal.Well of course they will! They don’t want to pay to fix it, common sense! The warranty said if I disagree with the builders assessment then I have to go through arbitration. This does not seem adequate or appropriate. The warranty company has not performed an inspection. I will not pay for arbitration cost when the warranty company has not completed their job. If you have a warranty from this company you might just want to consider it completely worthless.
