I call this a case of being penny wise and pound foolish. I contacted A1 Home Remodeling during the past year to get some work done in my kitchen. One aspect of the work was not done properly as the cupboard was placed much too tightly above the refrigerator and does not allow not even an inch of space for negotiating repairs. We needed to have the refrigerator serviced. As stated, it is not yet a year as the work was done and when I contacted the business owner to remove the cabinet and create more space over the refrigerator as the repair man is unable to navigate the very limited space. He made it very clear that he will be charging to correct his work. 'I gave you what you asked for" was his comment. I realized at the completion of the work that we could potentially have a problem if we needed to service the refrigerator. This is exactly what we're facing now. Ofcourse, while talking to the owner, he stated that he has to receive another call and has not called back. I will now pay someone else to correct the cupboard situation (in order to get my refrigerator fixed) as I refuse to pay A1 to correct their work. Needless to say, I will not recommend A1 as I am not pleased with the way the owner handled this aspect of the job. After spending that much money, the least A1 could have done was to correct its bad work free of charge. I am simply asking him to do what should have been done in the first place. Again, I will not recommend A1 to anyone.

Don't use this Contractor he's full of it, he has a laptop with gallery of photos that don't even belong to him. Anyone can copy and paste on a website and call his. He was supposed to waterproof and concrete my yard, instead he created two drywells that collect leaves and clog when it rains, causing the water to run back to my foundation and seep into my basement. Tarred my basement walls creating toxic fumes for me and my family. Save yourself and don't call this guy. He doesn't even have a commercial van he works out of family Dodge Caravan.
