Our buying experience was pleasant. Linda was very friendly and helpful with our selection. However, after delivery, the furniture did not fit in with our decor. We asked to return it. The owner Keim To is the only one who can authorize it. He was not at the store when we returned to talk about it. Linda said he would be in on Monday. Then we were told he took Monday off. Called Tuesday. We were told he comes and goes and probably didn't get our several messages. He won't return phone calls and seems to be purposely avoiding us. Cannot recommend doing business with this company at this time.
