Tows their own resident's cars. Won't allow, nor build, any dog areas. No communication. Water was off for 24 hours, no notice. Board of HOA lacks any real connection to the residents. No care or want for clean landscaping. But god forbid you have covering on your balcony. The shops are being built very close by, we are waiting for the last store to move in, before we sell and never look back at this mindless HOA.
