Mr. Dattilo, My daughter's had her wedding/reception at Waters Edge Resort & Spa on 9/7/12 5:30-11:00 p.m. - It was a complete disaster with the staff going to the bride with problems and guest still waiting to be served their meals at 9:30 p.m. - Both myself and my daughter expressed our legitimate concerns to the General Manager Mr. Barstein in email since I have only received 1 call from him after saying he would contact me on 9/14/12 - He has chosen to take the standpoint who cares about the customer and avoidance. It is a shame that such a beautiful place would provide such disrespect and possess absolutely no customer services all the way to the General Manager.
