Have been using this facility for years, Two weeks ago I come in with my laundry to be done by an attendant .... that afternoon picked up my clothes and when arriving home I didn't go through them, the next morning getting dressed for work I went through my basket to find my blue jeans were not there. Called and spoke with management (Ted) and he was as nice as he could be concerning this situation! Gave him my contact numbers and he said he would resolve the matter BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING! If I had 10 pair of blue jeans I would probably let it go to be honest unfortunately they were my only pair and I cannot afford to buy new ones... AT THIS POINT IM REALLY GETTING AGGRAVATED....hope to hear something soon or well ummm it will be bad for business because I will let everybody know they lose your clothes don't expect them to replace them. Certainly in this type of business this is bound to happen I'm sure but to just ignore the fact of resolving it is NOT GOOD BUSINESS....
