DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR BIKE TO BE FIX ON TIME. I HAD MY BIKE REPAIR WITH COMPANY SINCE JULY 2012 AND AS OF TODAY I THEY ARE NOT COMPLETED YET. ITS A BIKE, NOT A HOUSE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A BIKE. A YEAR ALREADY AND ITS NOT DONE. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISE IF THEY TAKE MY BIKE FOR A RIDE. WORST REPAIR PLACE EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. NO ONE EVER KNOW WHERE THE REPAIR GUY IS. NEVER CALL YOU BACK AND NEVER KNOW WHY YOUR BIKE TAKE OVER A YEAR TO COMPLETE. AS OF TODAY JUNE 13, 2013, MY BIKE IS NOT DONE YET. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!
