We waited for nearly two years for this stone and heard ever excuse imaginable. When it was finally done we were sent a bill for the second half of the payment. Unfortunately we had moved and it was forwarded to us but arrived late. One payment was sent that they claimed they did not receive, and we received a phone call with the ultimatum that if it was not paid in 5 days, the headstone would be removed from the grave,it would not be replaced for 3 months under any circumstances and there would be an additional $400.00 charge.I can only assume this is how they raise their profit margin. If you can in any way avoid using these people, I definitely would. I only wish we would have found a more friendly and helpful business, this one is all about itself and it's profit margin.
