In 17 years as a carrier, it's never taken more than a week for my uniforms to get to me. My first time using Postal Uniforms Express- it took 17 days. As I went through the wait, first of all I needed the shoes as my feet were hurting. I checked my email after a week to see if there was a status update. A few days later I sent an email asking for a tracking number (which was never answered at any capacity). On day 16 I was able to reach this company by phone. I was told they no longer ship priority mail. My package arrived today 3/24, and after some careful consideration, I'm sending all but the much needed shoes back and am taking my business elsewhere. It pains me to do this because the only reasonable excuse for this is a tight budget? I generally like to support a company that needs support- but standard shipping, maybe even substandard, is not the industry standard and if this company is struggling (I don't know if they are or not but it's more forgivable as a reason for slighting it's customers than simple greed) perhaps they can make budget cuts elsewhere. The budget shipping that they use has caused me to reverse my order and you can bet that I'm telling my postal friends if they need their uniforms in less that 17 days, don't use Postal Uniforms Express.
