Our Company has worked with Interlink Financial for over 10 years leasing our carpet cleaning equipment. The people are great to work with and up until 4-5 years ago, I would say the same about the company. In the past few years, however, their service has become insanely awful in the area of billing and being able to get our monthly statements for our (2) lease agreements. Interlink's Billing/Accounting department has not been able to consistently send, (email or snail mail), our (2) monthly statements. If your accounting system requires bills/statements to accompany your vendor payments, I would highly recommend considering a different leasing company. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in getting this issue resolved in the past 36 months. The Reps I've dealt with are great, their internal systems are flawed, and apparently, unfixable. If you choose this company, maybe you'll have better luck than us. We cannot recommend them!
