I was told my car would be ready at noon the next day and that the business opened at 10am. The day of, I called several times between 10am to noon. No one answered. I came by to get my car, but no one was there, though the sign said they were open. No work had been done to my car. After 1pm, someone answered the phone, which apparently was not the office number, but someone's cell. They had left it in someone else's car and slept in past 11am. At 3, I came to get my car again. Still, no one was there. I found that my car had been left unlocked the entire time, which is negligence. 30 minutes later someone brought me my key.
