Mary Ruttenberg is a self employed Holistic Health Professional, Spiritual Life Coach, Conscious Breathing Coach, LMT and educator with over 35 years. Her formal education:The Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, Guatama Institute of Shiatsu,& The Health Arts Institutes. Mary then went on to apprentice with Patrick Collard for ten years, to master in body language. In addition to bodywork, Mary is an accomplished Conscious Breathing Coach. Her studies have included Rebirthing, Grof, Pranic, Biofeedback, Transformational Breathing, and Tantric Breathing. Miss Ruttenberg began the study of cross-cultural healing arts high school were she learned meditation. Her desire to know more has led her to teachers from the Far East to the American Tribes.Mary brings the richness of this diversity into all of her client and student relationships.
