I HAVE BEEN BUYING YOUR DERRINGER MENTHOL CIGARS OF A LONG TIME AND THE LAST 5 PACKS WERE TRASH. THERE WAS A TOTAL OF 19 CIGARS THAT HAD HOLES OR STICKS IN THEM. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. I LIKE THESE CIGARS AND DO NOT WISH TO CHANGE..

As a Cheyenne smoker since 2002, I would like you to put 20 cigarettes in each box as it should have there has been 19 per pack for some time & that adds up I buy mine by the carton 5 per month. i just want to know why the last few packs of decades that i bought every once in awhile i get one that taste like incense in the cigarette

My husband and I have been smoking Decades for about 10 years, we bought a cartoon and the filter is letting smoke out and you have to cover a certain spot on the filter with your fingers or puff like hell, you need to check your product for this problem.Please do some thing about this

I purchased a pack of Decades and upon opening them I discovered only 15 cigs and two of the 15 did not have a filter on them and they were shorter than the others upside down in pack what happen to the quality control of this product Im very upset with the price of cigs anyway and then to get ripped off on top what does your company do about something like this? I kept the seal on the outer wrapper it that can help any in this matter

I'm a long time fan of your cigarettes. i smoke the decade menthol silver 100's, we buy 2 - to - 3 cartons per week. however here lately your cigarettes haven't been worth buying,the last 2 cartons the paper on the cigarettes have had holes and or , are not sealed right around the filter. at this point and time i would not recommend your products to any one because it's a waste of money. i do hope that you will look into this matter.other wise we will take our business elsewhere. I have been smoking Decade brand for a long time. The last carton I got had so much Menthol in then that my mouth got so sore I had to go to the doctors. I have always like this brand, but if I get another like this I will change brands. Lillian Daniels Kansas City, MO.

I have been smoking Cheyenne cigars along with a lot of my friends. We are finally tired of the filters not being secured to the cigar. When you light most of them smoke comes out from the area of the filter that should be secured to the cigar. You cannot get a draw only air. We are going to stop buying your product if not fixed. We have thrown away too much money on your cigars, and tape that we use to correct the problem. You have a good product and price when all is right and it would be a shame for you to lose more money than us for such a simple fix. Thanks and hope to see a change before it to late.

Recently your product of Cheyenne Menthol 100's has gone down hill by having filters that come off the cigars for no reason. This has almost caused an accident as I had one lit while driving and the tabocco end fell out of the filter. Had to pull over and find the lit tabocco.
