Assist academic centers, small pharma and large pharma with the chemistry, manufacturing & controls, nonclinical testing and clinical protocols required for inclusion in a USA IND. Will identify, qualify, initiate, and monitor clinical studies actively enrolling patients for compliance with good clinical practice. Do final closeout, data collection, database entry, and write clinical study report.
