Paid Tim Redmond $60,000 to do all of our plumbing on our build. He went back on his word to do the first boiler clean out for free and he won't return messages for warranty work that is only covered by the original installer. Had to hire someone else to come do it and pay a good amount of money because of Tim. He has horrendous customer service and a bad attitude with a quick tongue. I would never recommend using Tim Redmond for anything.
