This woman is a cry baby and a drama queen. I was a patient as well as a member of her fitness facility. she has no respect or bedside manner whatsoever. She is rude and uncaring. Her fitness equipment in her old facility was not maintained or inspected properly resulting in injury to many members. She robs people for her own gain. And now because of her know it all attitude her facility has been shut down and her grant money has been revoked. Now maybe next time Ms. Mckenna, you will do it by the book and not "YOUR WAY"
