Unless you like being harassed and cursed at when you call these people for help, DONT USE THESE GUYS!!! I called there about a letter I received from our local permit inspector about a job FOREMOST PLUMBING did over a year ago for which they never followed up on the permits/inspections. I had the displeasure of speaking with a secretary by the name of Heidi. She lied several times about trying to get in touch with us by phone and mail. We never received any phone calls from them and no letter(s). When I asked her for the dates/times of the calls, she refused to provide them--which tells me she was lying. When I asked her for the dates & content of the letter, again she refused to tell me--another lie. Then I asked to speak to ROBERT GONCE, the owner & she flat out said "no". When I told her about the letter I received from the permit/inspectors office reagrding the lack of their follow up, she told me, & I quote : "THAT IS NOT THEIR F**KING PROBLEM" and that I should "READ THE F**KING LETTER".
We were forced to use FOREMOST by our insurance company. When they did the initial work over a year ago, they damaged my wooden staircase. Every step needed to be repaired because of their negligence & now as a customer in good standing who paid them a lot of money, I am treated like this?!! All I can say is that it has been my experience that UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICES and these people fit the bill. **************************

Used them over a year ago at my house in Elkridge, MD. The "owner" Heidi was rude and cussed at me and called me a liar. After spending nearly a week without a hot water heater, she finally scheduled two guys to install the new heater...well, I was told by the first guy who came out to look at the heater that I could pay by check, cash or credit card (and the paperwork I signed said this also). When the two guys arrived, I was told I had to pay with cash. I didn't have enough cash on me because I wasn't planning on paying with cash so Heidi called the two guys and told them to leave. I could hear her yelling and cussing at them on the phone she was so frigging loud! So I had to spend 4 more days without hot water. When I called to reschedule, she cussed at me and told me I was a liar. I was speechless because the only other time I've ever heard someone act the way she did was flipping through Jerry Springer.
It was the worst professional encounter I've ever had. Ever. (And I was stuck using them because of my home insurance company.)...I sincerely hope that Heidi leaves so the company has a chance at surviving.

Poor customer service. Very snippy, sassy and rude dispatcher. Poor quality of workmanship, always in a hurry not leaving enough time to do the job right. Stay away from them unless you want them to create new leaks with no after hours contact information.
