THE WORST customer service. Nobody seems to want to answer the phone even after being on hold several times for over 15min. Each time. And trash service..... ha! I don't recommend this trash service to anyone

Horrible service. I've only had them 5 weeks and they haven't picked up 3 of them. Even when they say they'll send someone, two of those times they didn't. Supervisor wouldn't call me back either. Will be cancelling at the end of this billing cycle. They sure get you the invoice on time, though!馃槨

HORRIBLE NOT WORTH THE MONEY...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Week 1 they forgot both me and my neighbor. They did remember the old customer 2 doors down. After calling for 3 DAYS they finally came by to get the container siting in my front yard. 2 weeks later they forgot us again. only took 2 days to come back by. They are getting better. Right? Right?? Mmmmmm ... NO. This week they forgot me and my neighbor... again. I called. They came out and did his container ... BUT FORGOT TO WALK ACROSS THE STREET to empty mine. After 4 days of broken promises they still HAVE NOT got back to my house. I called them again and again only to be stuck on hold for 9 minutes each time then hung up on. Finally I got through and told them to refund any unused money and pick up my trash AND THE FULL CONTAINER. She said... ok sure. When I returned home the trash is still sitting in my front yard and ... I GOT A BILL IN THE MAIL "DUE NOW" 4 weeks before it's due. So after 7 weeks and 3 misses I'm done. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience with Best Services. They never pick up my trash. I have called and called, no one answers the phone there. I have left many messages and I have only received one call in return. She told me she would give me a credit, all I needed to do was call back. Again I call and call and no one calls back. I never saw a credit either. Worst Services Ever!

The terrible, unprofessional customer service is not worth the slightly lower cost. You may pay your bill by mail or by phone but 70% of the time no one answers and when someone does answer they act like it's a huge inconvenience to THEM! Within 6 mo. They skipped us 4 times. The office told me "they'll swing back by," never happened. "I'll put you on the list for tomorrow," still not picked up. "I don't know why someone told you that, I guess the new guy had a problem," day 3, here the trash sits. Done, serviced changed. If I could select 0 stars, I would.

This too is more of a complaint. We started Best Value right about a year ago. They were GREAT at first and I praised them and recommended them to MANY people that were fed up with Waste Connections. However, as time has went by their service has gone down hill fast. I have had to Call NUMEROUS times about them either "forgetting" to pick up or trash or drive by as we are putting it out on the curb, YES...they see us putting it out and they drive right on by! OR they don't pick up on a regular basis or time. I called and all the person says OVER and OVER is she is sorry, but they don't have the resources to let customers know if they are running behind or can't pick up do to weather. REALLY???? You have a business where "thousands" (her number she gave me) people count on your service and you pick and choose when you do things? I HATED Waste Connections, but I was ALWAYS notified if they couldn't pick up and a reason. This is just crazy. How long until they just up and go out of business and NOT let their costumers know, since they "Don't have the resources to do so". I am pretty sure they would call me if they needed my money though, RIGHT????

Honestly I just got these people a month and a half ago and I already received a bill and this is the second week they have not picked my trash up I try to call all I get is a recording I wouldn't use there services

I cannot believe this company is still in business. I have had to call numerous times for missed pick ups. You always get a recording when you call. They don't return calls and when you are lucky enough to finally talk to someone all you get are excuses about how busy they are. Serious management problems here. It is not worth the monetary savings since they can't do the job you pay them for.

I have had Best Value service sine Jan.2014 and at first I did have trouble with them not picking up our trash. But I did ask for a specific place (on side of house not front) I called the couple times it happened and haven't had a problem since. With their lower price than practically every one else I can deal with a missed day every once in a while. Once I had called they got my trashed picked up the very next day so I am ok with that. Will recommend them just because they do have the best price around!

This is more of a complaint than a praise. I started residential trash and recycling service with Best Value earlier this year. Initially, they were prompt and regularly picked up trash and recycling. As time progressed, the trash collection remained prompt but the recycling came to a complete stop. Every week of recycling, the only way I would be serviced is if I called and reminded them to come get it. This has been going on for several months and I have informed them that one more such occurrence and I will cancel all services.
