Yes this the company my hsband works for them and he realy enjoys his job and he has a high opion of the owners he has wrk for other farmers in the past and they treated him like a farm hand but the owners of this company really cares about their employees and are great people and are outstanding members of our couminuty ty for all you have one

I was working for Crop Production Services (CPS) in Sikeston, MO. as a "driver", and your foreman "Leonard", at Deline Farms, a very large black man, got me terminated! Leonard called to CPS in Sikeston, MO. on May 24, 2016 and told Ricky Ray that he had seen me at Lowe's. "That's a downright lie!" Leonard had lied to say I was "late in delivery of a load". Leonard had said this because of Michael James Conrad, aka "Conrad", who is a racist black man at CPS, and is very close friends with Leonard. I'm White male and "Conrad" who has been employed at CPS for some time, by getting others terminated, and therefore "Conrad" is able to maintain his own job. CPS has all "blacks" working at their warehouse, "Conrad" is a racist as well! I have an ongoing racist complaint against "Conrad" with Mo. Commission on Human Rights. "Conrad" had recruited other blacks at CPS and surrounding farms that I drove deliveries too, to make false complaints against me, in a conspiratorial fashion. I was directly terminated because of Leonard - your foreman - lying about me, but in fact it was a racially motivated attack against me and my character, orchestrated by CPS employee "Conrad". I want Deline Farms and Donny Deline to be aware of what's "really going on", and the disguise that Leonard is not racist, because he is married to a "White Woman" is in and does show that in fact, Leonard is actually more racist! Matt Mathews, Robert, and others at CPS are all aware of what "Conrad" has done
