I had to have a tree removed because the roots were a danger to my foundation. The day after I contacted Bair's, the tree was looked at and I was given an estimate. Two days after that, a three man crew took that tree down and thoroughly cleaned up the "remains". They were fast, friendly and a pleasure to watch. Do not use Bair's Tree Service. I am a neighbor of somone who did. A huge tree limb fell on our garage roof and took a gash out of the side. We have called to have it repaired. The people answering the phones continually to say the owner will call us back. To this day, we have not had the courtesy of a phone call back. At one time we were told our roof was old. It does not matter that it is an old roof. Bair's workers damaged it and should have the decency and responsibility of repairing their mistake. At first they even denied that a limb hit our roof, but I have pictures to prove otherwise.
