HE USES THE RENT MONEY FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT NOT TO PAY THE MORAGE OR FIX ANYTHING NURMORS TIMES HE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO COURT FOR NON PAYMENT TO COMPANYS THAT HAVE COME OUT TO FIX THINGS.HE ALSO POCKETED 10,000 DOLLARS FROM HIS INSURENCE COMPANY THAT WAS SUPOSED TO GO THE CONTRACTOR FOR ONE OF HIS PROPERTIES ITS PUBLIC RECORED.NEVER RENT FROM HIM
