The owners Bruce and Max are above and beyond when you have needs pertaining to your koi and pond. They are extremely knowledgable and genuinely care about your concerns with your fish and their environment. Specifically we had a very large koi on Thursday that was upside down and close to death. These symtoms came on fast and were not observed until he was so very ill. We called Bruce that night for help and he came to our house the next morning to see not only the fish we had placed in quarantine, but assessed the pond to to see if there were obvious conditions leading to the ill koi, and to determine if any other koi were exhibiting signs of illness. Bruce came back to our home later that same day brining all the supplies we did not have and needed to help with our dying koi. In addition he administered a pond treatment that irradicates bacteria and parasites from the pond and fish to help make sure none of the other koi would become ill. He even brought a 100 gallon tank to hospitalize the large 24"+ koi while in quarantine. Providing the instructions on what we needed to do to give this koi every possible chance to survive. My husband and I are very grateful for their professionalism, assistance above and beyone and particulaly their kindness when we needed it most.
