It's a travesty that Maytag/Whirlpool even continue to recommend Miles Appliance as a reputable service contractor. I am now going into month 3 of repeated promises to repair my brand new Maytag washer. Owner even attempted to blame me for not contacting Lowe's for repairs, when I am under original factory warranty. Just last Wednesday he stated he made multiple calls in an attempt to contact me for repairs. I will show my phone bill to prove he only called once!!!! Also, *Miles Appliance does not return customer calls until they are contacted by **Maytag Service Centers and that's after I call *MA and **MSC asking about repairs. MA is lack luster in customer satisfaction and repair. Just today (10/14/14 at 11:03 AM) the owner called and left a message after I left multiple messages over the weekend stating "they" would be out TODAY and to leave my garage door open... Guess what, when I called and left a message with MA at 5:31... no answer and yet another NO SHOW!!! I've contacted MSC once again and they continue to want me to use *MA. I have now asked for another dealer/repair center that might actually give a fig about customer retainability and satisfaction.
