Aviation, Yacht, Residential & Commercial Remodeling & Decorating Services. High-end Residential design firm specializing in chic new looks. I have over 12 years of experience in the design industry. I have owned my own Interior Design firm since 2001. I project manage numerous projects at the same time. As Project Manager, I have designed hundreds of floor plans, furniture layouts, space plans, color schemes, paint colors, fabric schemes, custom furniture fabrication, delivery and installation. I work directly with architects, contractors and subcontractors. I work with the building department obtaining and maintaining permits and job cars for each project. I have experience working with WEBCOR builders and PMA where I was hired as an outside designer to run the "Options and Upgrades" program for the Peninsula Mandalay building in San Francisco. I have been published in several magazines.
