Atlantic Distributors has to be one of the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with in my 10 years of working in the food services industry. When you request an item or machinery/appliances from them, they do not respond to your request until the following week or later at best. Once you do send them a purchase order the cannot give you a basic lead time on items and you're forced to contact them repeatedly until they answer. Also, when you try to contact management disputing what you ordered was incorrect, they will dispute that they ordered it the way you requested it, will not provide a resolution, and then hang up on you. In conclusion, their customer service is atrocious at best and their manager Tanya Holzfaster does not know basic business etiquette. I would not recommend them to any one looking for restaurant items, especially equipment.
