I won't refer anyone to the Boise business. I know of a young family man who went to work for Boise Peterbilt with the promise of promoting within. The young man goes to work every day. He has never called in sick and has gone above and beyond to show himself to be a company man. In return, he has yet to receive a pay increase and was passed over for the promotion he deserved.. The job was given to a man who used to drive for Peterbuilt but had no experience in the position he was placed in. The young man who should have been promoted has now lost the food stamps he was getting because of the overtime he was gladly putting in when offered or needed. He does not make enough to buy groceries, pay his bills, and have gas money to get to work.. He can't afford the health insurance offered by the company, so he and his family go without proper medical or dental care. He has run out of options and savings. He is left standing in line at the food banks to find out that there isn't enough donations to provide for his family. I am totally disgusted with this kind of Scrooge management.
