To make a long story short. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dr Tile & Marble, owned by Roni Sarusi. The quality of the tile installation was far below professional standards. The tiles were laid unevenly throughout, and the employee damaged, cracked, chipped, and broke a great amount of tile, resulting in a floor that is both unsightly and unsafe. Many of the tiles feel hollow, indicating improper adhesive application, which raises concerns about their long-term durability. To make matters worse, the installer employed an eighteen-year-old to install the tile, which is unprofessional. Despite claiming to be a professional with expertise, it was evident that there was a significant lack of knowledge and skill. I strongly advise against using Dr Tile & Marble for any tile work. The poor workmanship, combined with the unprofessional conduct, left me highly dissatisfied. Save yourself the trouble and find a truly qualified professional for your tiling needs.

Do not waste your time and money on this company. Roni SARUSI the owner is not reliable, and will never return your security deposit.
