This is the worst physical therapy business I've ever been to.. No. The worst business I've ever been to. The front desk people are terrible. They do not help you at all. They sit on Pinterest when you need help. They obviously slave drive their poor interns and do everything for them when they are on Pinterst. The owner, Troy Factora, is nice to the patients but rude to staff. How uncomfortable did that make me?! I would never in a million years recommend Therapoop, I mean Theraplay. They didn't help my back at all. What even is manual therapy anyway? I could've had my friend massage my back and feel about as good as I do now. Do not go. Do not recommend this place to friends and family.
