I am very upset with the way things have been handled with my sons Helicopter that we got as a birthday gift. I have tried for a month to get a hold of some one If you purchase something plan on being treated as a nobody and they do not want to warranty there products from my experience. your company sucks I purchase two netbook and the just stop working . I called the store where I brought them because it's been over 90 days I have to call these unprofessional disrespectful people I was told that I had 90 to contact them and am pass my 90 day so the can't help me. I ask to to speak to someone in charged and was told that information could not be giving to me. I brought this product in roses and am a very close friend of the owner and they will pull their products from their stores because if they can"t honor the their customer it's no need to do business .

Brilliant! A company that has made a buisness selling GARBAGE as toys! Just purchased a RIC Helicopter,and the instructions state that you must operate it accordingly to the instruction manual. Well first off,the instructions are very poorly illiustrated,it reads about a power switch on the helicopter which there isn't a switch anywhere on the helicopter,there are 2 switches on the controller,one that is labeled a,b,c and an on and off switch,the instructions don't mention anything about these 2 switches. It also comes with a USB cord and the instructions don't mention anything about that either. So the kid now has this brand new toy that he is dying to play with and he can't because we don't know where to even start with the thing. How can you rip people off like this and live in this country? Very un'American. Well I'm returning this to the retailer,(just what your losey instructions tell not to do), yeah you definatley don't want the retailers to know that you sell garbage,and I'm also reporting you to the BBB and the FCC. You like ripping hard working Americans off with your chinese garbage,maybe you should move there,cause you sure don't belong in this country,I have revolutionary blood flowing through my veins and it is now boiling.
