I have full coverage on 3 vehicles and called about replacing my windshield that was broken from a rock while driving on 26. My first claim ever! I called the claims dept and they set up for a company to come to my house and replace it the next day. I cancelled my appointments and waited and waited.........and waited.....and waited...No one showed up. I called the next morning they had the claim but never followed thru with the scheduling....NOT a good first impression for sure. My recommendation is call back several times to assure the guy on the other end of the phone did not fall asleep or get wrapped up looking at his phone while at work.
