We were contacted by this company in regards to closing on 3 homes which in the contract the seller stated this is their preferred company. They were rude, arrogant, and isulted us as being from England and being ignorant of the closing process. We own 25 homes in the States and know what the closing process is. They were also over $400.00 over any closing quotes that we got from other title companies in the area. Fortunately we spoke with the seller and as we were paying 100% of the closing costs we were able to chose a company of our own. This company through its own actions lost over $4,000.00 worth of business, which gave us great pleasure!
