DVSC helps victims of domestic violence by providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, a 24-hour hotline, safety planning, supportive options counseling, assistance in filing for Protection from Abuse Orders, advocacy and numerous other services that are free and kept strictly confidential. We serve the counties of Luzerne and Carbon. Our mission is to work toward the elimination of domestic violence.
